At Design Lab Studio, each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully made for you. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, please review the following policy before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized, customized, and made to order products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, colours, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Design Lab Studio is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations may be accepted only if production has not yet started. Once designing, printing, cutting, engraving, or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your personalization, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Minor variations in colour, material, wood grain, positioning, or handmade finishes are not considered defects. Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations may occur.

Non-Personalized Items

For eligible non-personalized products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
